Section 71A
Unpaid leave
: (1) If the husband or wife of a civil servant goes to work in a Nepalese embassy or any mission abroad, such civil servant will get unpaid leave as prescribed.
(2) The period of leave as per sub-section (1) shall not be counted in his service period.
